As a fan of the Chineke! Orchestra, and a fan of music by Ludwig van Beethoven, I’m excited to share this Beautiful Music with you. Chineke! Orchestra (Chineke means ‘the spirit of creation’ in Igbo) was founded by double bassist Chi-chi Nwanoku, who aims to both celebrate the creative energy of musicians of color and inspire new generations of instrumentalists.
