With the news a few days ago that the powerful James Webb Telescope had reached its destination after a million-mile journey, I was reminded of a wonderful space/earth flute duet from a few years ago. Astronaut Cady Coleman was on the International Space Station and is a flute player who brought along her instrument on the trip! She played a (very) long distance duet with flutist Ian Anderson (of the rock band Jethro Tull). Hope you agree that this performance of Beautiful Music is out of the world!
