Florentine composer Giuseppe Valentini was a painter and poet, as well as an outstanding violinist and composer. We might know more about him if he hadn’t been overshadowed by other musicians such as Antonio Vivaldi and Arcangelo Corelli. You’ll hear some of Giuseppe Valentini’s lovely music – a concerto featuring FOUR violins — on Sunday Baroque this weekend.
