You might think of the recorder as an instrument for beginners, or kids. But the recorder has the potential to be a sophisticated and virtuoso vehicle for elegant music-making. This recent concert recording of music by Jacques-Martin Hotteterre, Jean-Baptiste de Bousset, Michel Lambert, Elisabeth Claude Jacquet de a Guerre, and Francois Couperin took place at the Church of St. Giles in Tarczek, Poland.
