The Chapelle Historique du Bon-Pasteur is one of Montréal’s most beloved concert halls, and home to fine musical instruments including a Fazioli concert grand piano and a 1772 Kirckman harpsichord. The former monastery was built in the 19th century and restored in 1985. A little over a week ago, the historic site was ravaged by fire, injuring at least two people and leaving numerous people without their homes. The performers are cellist Sahara von Hattenberger, pianist Mayu Funaba, bassist Adrian Vedady, and drummer Jim Doxas.
