It’s such a pleasure to discover emerging artists thanks to the availability of so many performances online. So today I’m pleased to introduce you to baritone Jamal-Akil Marshall; he gave his senior recital at Wilberforce University in 2013 with pianist Amanda Roberts. Mr. Marshall is a Cleveland-area teaching artist who instructs students in how to dance and beatbox, and how to write and record their own songs and musical albums.
