What a pleasure to share this extraordinary live performance of music by Chiara Margarita Cozzolani (1602–1676?),Francesca Caccini (1587–1640), Barbara Strozzi (1619–1677), Alessandro Stradella (1639–1682), Giovanni Battista Pergolesi (1710–1736), and others. This Beautiful Music comes from a November 12, 2021 concert at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Manhattan in a program called The Divine Feminine: Centering Women of Color in Early Music.
