The VIVALDI EDITION is a recording project of several hundred manuscripts contained in the National Library in Turin, Italy. Some of the world’s top early music specialists have participated. It’s been ongoing for about two decades, and one of the more recent installments features virtuosic bassoon concertos by Vivaldi. You’ll hear one of them on Sunday Baroque this weekend.
